Beyond the Scream
When you feel like you need to scream
Or just rip your hair out
Try asking yourself—
“What is my body telling me it needs?
“Does my mind need a break?”
“Do I need to slow down?”
A scream is a great release
But then what?
Lately I have found the best relaxation for me comes from a quick scan of my body
From head to toe to see where the tension is, and I relax and release it as I go
