Slow and Steady

It is officially Autumn and while for many of us the weather is deceptive and it might not feel that way quite yet, the seasons are changing.

In my life, it is not just seasons changing, but situations as well.  A good friend reminded me recently to take things “slow and steady” in times of change.

As we all ease into the transition of a new season, let’s remember to do it with ease.  Slow and steady.
